Homemade Fruit and Yogurt Parfait

what's better than granola, greek yogurt, and berries? granola, greek yogurt, and berries TOGETHER! this quick breakfast fix is so incredibly simple, and it tastes amazing, even my husband loves it!

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup kashi go-lean crunch (or other granola of your choice)
2 dollops low-fat plain greek yogurt
1/2 cup mixed berries (i used strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries)
1/2 tsp. honey
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
splash of vanilla to taste
whole, unsalted almonds (optional)

1. pour half of the granola into the cup.
2. mix greek yogurt, honey, cinnamon, and vanilla in separate bowl, then add on top of granola.

3. if using almonds, layer them on top of the yogurt.
4. add fresh berries.
5. top it off with the remainder of the granola!

and VIOLA!

**disclaimer** i don't actually measure out the ingredients, these are just (as rachel ray would say) "eye-balled" amounts, so add more or take more away if you'd like! BUT i do use the recommended serving size of granola as labeled on it's packaging.

hope you enjoy and HAPPY EATING!
