ok, well this dessert is
crazy nutritious, but not exactly low-calorie. one bowl yields approximately 300-350 calories, but i was
nowhere near my 1800 calories today and i was still super freaking hungry from dinner so i went with this yummy stuff. it's pretty similar to last night's dessert.
i did greek yogurt, cinnamon, honey, granola, and almonds. super tasty and WAY better for me than that
stupid carrot cake still sitting in my fridge.
