HELLO!

Hello to whomever may be reading this! My name is Demi and my husband, who is currently on a seven-month deployment aboard the USS John C. Stennis, practically begged me to find something to do with my spare time while he was at sea. Being a Nutrition Dietetics major, I figured I would share some of the recipes I attempt to make on a daily basis. My daily goals are to drink at least 2.5 liters of water, to have at least five servings of phytochemicals (fruits and veggies) and to load up on FIBER! You will learn very quickly that fiber is my favorite FAVORITE nutrient. (:
